GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO INDIVIDUALS
PREAMBLE
These general conditions of sale are concluded between on the one hand the company La Minuscule, owner of the brand "La Minuscule", whose head office is located at 129 angle, 35540 Miniac Morvan (France), registered in Saint -Malo under the number 853 223 014 RM 35 and, hereinafter referred to as the buyer, the person wishing to make a purchase via the La Minuscule website www.laminuscule.com .
Prior to any transaction, the buyer acknowledges having read and accepted all of these general conditions of sale.
ORDERED
The user can place an order by clicking on the "add to cart" link, then pay by credit card or Paypal by clicking on the "payment" link.
The buyer expressly declares not to acquire the products within the framework of a purchase operation for resale.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
La Minuscule will confirm acceptance of the order to the buyer by email. The sale will only be deemed to have been concluded from this confirmation.
La Minuscule reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, such as, without this list being considered exhaustive: non-availability of products, supply of products, delivery difficulties, etc.
In all cases La Minuscule will inform the buyer by any means at its disposal.
In certain cases, in particular incorrect address or other problem on the buyer's account, La Minuscule reserves the right to block the buyer's order until the problem is resolved.
PRICE
The applicable price is the one in force on the La Minuscule site on the day the buyer places his order.
Prices are quoted in euros all taxes included. These prices are exclusive of the flat-rate contribution to the processing costs (postage, packaging and preparation of the package according to the amounts in force).
If one or more taxes or contributions, in particular environmental taxes, were to be created or modified, up or down, this change could be reflected in the selling price of the items on the La Minuscule site.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders are payable by:

Secure payment Paypal under the conditions defined by the site www.paypal.fr
Any order can only give rise to confirmation and implementation of delivery procedures after receipt of full payment by La Minuscule.
La Minuscule does not keep data relating to its customers' bank cards following payment.
DELIVERY
Orders will be shipped worldwide.
The delivery costs are linked to the weight of the order and its destination. Packages will be shipped by registered letter, Colissimo with / without signature (general conditions available at www.laposte.fr/colissimo ).
Shipping costs are offered on the site www.la minuscule.com from 70 euros of purchase in metropolitan France.
DELIVERY DELAY
The order, after confirmation and receipt of payment by La Minuscule, will be shipped within a maximum of 15 days. Otherwise, La Minuscule undertakes to inform the user as soon as possible.
In the event of non-compliance with the maximum delivery time stated above by La Minuscule, by itself and independently of any intervention by third parties (carrier, post, etc.), the buyer may at his option cancel his order. Cancellation of the order under these conditions will not give rise to any other compensation from La Minuscule.
If your package appears to have suffered damage during its delivery by the carrier selected during your order confirmation. That is to say if it was delivered in poor condition (dented, torn or flattened package, etc.) and this delivery caused damage to the integrity of your order, please inform customer service within as fast as we can.
RIGHT TO RETRACT ? EXCHANGE AND REFUND
A customer can request the cancellation of his order within 15 days of receipt of his order. Products must not have been used and must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories
WITHDRAWAL
The buyer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Code. The 15-day withdrawal period starts on the day of receipt of the goods. If the last day of this period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. The buyer is entitled to cancel his order during this period. He must notify his wish of withdrawal by mail or email.
This cancellation is effective as soon as he returns the goods, at his expense and in the original packaging, by parcel post against signature, without having used the products. Products must not have been used and must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
The buyer does not have to justify his change of mind.
La Minuscule has a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to refund or make an exchange if the buyer expresses the wish. The reimbursement will be made either by card or by bank transfer.
EXCHANGE
La Minuscule does not exchange these products.

RESPONSIBILITY
La Minuscule cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the sales contract attributable either to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract or to a case of force majeure as defined by French case law, in particular in the event of a strike.
La Minuscule can only be held responsible in the event of defect or non-conformity of the products, to the exclusion of any other reason, no warranty being granted on the products.
Legal guarantee of conformity: the buyer has a period of 2 years from the delivery of the good to act, he can choose between repair or replacement of the good, subject to the cost conditions provided for in article L .211-9 of the Consumer Code. It is not necessary to provide proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the good during the 6 months following the delivery of the good. The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee granted. The buyer can decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold within the meaning of article 1641 of the civil code and that in this case, he can choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction of the price of sale in accordance with article 1644 of the civil code.
La Minuscule disclaims all liability for the use that the purchaser will make of the products.
La Minuscule cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

ENTIRETY

DURATION
These conditions apply throughout the duration of the online services offered by the company La Minuscule.
PROOF, CONSERVATION AND ARCHIVING OF TRANSACTIONS
The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of the company La Minuscule and its partners under security conditions will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.
The archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are subject to French law, and in no case does La Minuscule give any guarantee of compliance with the local legislation which would be applicable to you, as soon as you access the site from another country.
